Spotted Gum 42mm x 19mm Vertical Batten Screens
Spotted Gum is an Australian hardwood that is known for its highly durable properties. It is a BAL 29 compliant hardwood due to its density that aids its durability. Spotted gum has a fairly light complexion, which is ideal for a lot of colour schemes and can easily be painted to suit.
Due to the timbers density, this is one of our products we recommend to customers for Bushfire prone areas.
This screening profile is created with 42mm x 19mm battens and is screwed from behind with galvanised screws ensuring no fixings are visible from the front of the screening section. We have a gap of 16mm positioned between battens to create a unique visual aesthetic that is on trend with upmarket screening styles.

Spotted Gum is a Native Australian timber and is hard to source due to a nationwide timber shortage. Please check with our office team if we have these timber lengths available for order or what the approximate wait times are for the screens. These screens usually take 3 weeks to manufacture. We do not hold Spotted Gum screens in stock, we make these panels to order. We have a max width of 900mm wide.
