Merbau 42mm x 19mm Vertical Batten Screens
Merbau 42mm X 19mm battens are used to create this profile of screening, which is a modern design that is very upmarket.
The panels we manufacture are screwed together from behind so no fixings are visible from the front. We have the cross supports of the panels overhanging each side so that when the panels are butted up it is a seamless transition where it is not possible to notice any join between panels.
We use galvanized screws when fixing the battens and can make panels up to your required size. The profile has a 16mm space in between battens and gives a total block-out when looking at the profile on a slight angle and the only visibility that is possible is when looking at the profile front on.
We commonly have customers use these screens for front fences and ceilings as well as separate screening sections in their backyards, carports or pergolas. They are a great product to achieve any backyard inspiration ideas you have.

Standard panels are made with 16mm spacing between slats and fixed with gal screws from behind. Supports are generally placed approx.. 500mm apart depending on size but can be customized.
