2100mm X 900mm 42mm X 19mm Merbau vertical batten screens with 16mm spacing

Our Merbau vertical batten screens are a modern contemporary design with the 42mm X 19mm battens running on edge, it creates a unique depth that changes in appearance based on the angle in which you view the screen. Merbau is a class 2 hardwood set to last over 25 years when used externally, the 42mm X 19mm battens are run on edge with a 16mm spacing in between to create the product, we use all galvanised fixings with suitable spacings to ensure timber doesnt bend and the screens stay in great condition for years to come! This profile of screening is commonly used for front fences, entry gates and feature walls. Merbau is known for its resinious properties we advise to use a resin removal product prior to staining the panels to decrease the chance of any resin leeching out of the timber, staining will minimise but cant be guaranteed to eliminate all resin leeching.

We generally try to keep the 1800mm,2100mm and 2400mm screens in stock, however, due to high demand these screens are made to order. From the time of payment, these screens usually take 2-3 weeks to manufacture. Delivery options are available AUS wide.
