Our gate profile for our tubing panels is very seamless with the frame only showing on the bottom and side of the screen. We weld 40mm X 8mm steel to 40mm X 5mm steel at the base with hollow tubing positioned to sleeve inside the selected tubing specified of the screen. The gates are supplied standard as mild steel to weather in line with the timber battens but can also be powdercoated at a small additional cost if you prefer.
